BookBlades β€” Transparency, Manufacturing & Marketing Disclosure
bookblade.support@gmail.com

Why This Page Exists

We believe every customer deserves to know exactly who they are buying from, how our products are made, and how our marketing is produced. This page exists to give you that information clearly and honestly.

We want the overall impression of our brand to be accurate β€” not just technically correct, but genuinely transparent.

Who We Are

BookBlades is a small, independently operated e-commerce brand. We design and sell book-inspired knife holders and related kitchen products to customers through our online store.

We are not a large manufacturer. We are not a factory. We are a small brand whose work centers on product development, design direction, supplier management, marketing, and customer support.

How Our Products Are Developed

Every BookBlades product begins with an idea from our team. Here is how that idea becomes a product in your hands.

Concept and Design β€” We develop our product concepts and visual designs using design platforms, creative tools, and artificial intelligence tools. This involves building out the look, dimensions, colors, layout, and identity of each product through multiple rounds of refinement. We do not move forward until we are satisfied with the result.

Supplier Communication β€” Once a design is ready, we enter into detailed back-and-forth communication with our manufacturing supplier. We share specifications, request samples, review results, provide feedback, and refine until the product meets the standard we have set. This process can span days to weeks depending on the complexity of the product.

Sample Testing and Approval β€” Before any product is listed for sale, we evaluate physical samples against our design intent. If a sample does not meet our expectations, it goes back for revision. We do not offer a product to customers until we are confident in what we are delivering.

Manufacturing β€” Our products are manufactured by trusted third-party production partners. We do not personally operate a manufacturing facility. We do not produce our products by hand. The physical manufacturing is carried out by our production partners.

Fulfillment and Shipping β€” Once an order is placed, fulfillment and shipping may be handled through our supplier and fulfillment partners, who help prepare and deliver orders to customers.

BookBlades’ contribution to every product is the original concept, the design direction, the supplier relationship, the sample review process, and the standards we hold throughout. That is our role, and we stand behind it.

How Our Marketing Content Is Produced

We want to be fully transparent about how our marketing content is made so that no customer is left with a false or inaccurate impression.

What we film ourselves β€” Our team may film content such as product showcases, lifestyle clips, product display videos, and footage from everyday environments. We may film the product and how it looks in a home or kitchen setting. We do not film production processes, manufacturing facilities, woodworking, warehouse operations, or packaging lines, because we do not operate those facilities ourselves.

Third-party footage and B-roll β€” For visual content depicting workshops, production environments, craftsmanship, packaging, woodworking, tools, or manufacturing-style scenes, we may incorporate footage sourced from third-party creators. This footage is used for creative and storytelling purposes only.

The individuals shown in this footage are not BookBlades employees, contractors, suppliers, or manufacturers unless clearly stated otherwise. They are not involved in producing your order. This footage does not depict our actual manufacturing process, facility, or team.

AI-generated and AI-assisted content β€” We may use artificial intelligence tools to generate or assist in the creation of visual content including images, videos, mockups, lifestyle scenes, and marketing clips. AI-generated content does not represent our actual workspace, team, facilities, or operations. It is used for creative and illustrative purposes only.

Product images and mockups β€” Some product images may be mockups, edited images, lifestyle edits, or AI-assisted visuals made to show how the product may look in different settings. We work to make product images and descriptions as accurate as possible, but colors, lighting, sizing, design placement, and small details may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography conditions, or production updates.

Storytelling and emotional content β€” Our marketing may use narrative hooks, emotional framing, and creative storytelling. This is a widely used content format. Narrative framing in our videos is a creative device intended to engage viewers. It is not always a literal factual statement about our exact business circumstances at the time of filming or publication.

Edited and composited content β€” Our content may be edited, color graded, composited, or otherwise produced for visual and storytelling effect.

To be direct: when you watch a BookBlades video and see someone in a workshop, someone packaging a product, someone working with materials, or any type of production-style environment, those visuals may be sourced from third-party footage or AI-generated content. They are not necessarily a recording of our facility, our team, or our process. They are used to create atmosphere, tell a story, and engage viewers.

The products we sell are real. Every customer receives the product they ordered.
