Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your BookBlades knife holder arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Pre-Order Items

Some BookBlades products may be sold as pre-order items.

Because pre-order products go through production after your order is placed, cancellations or changes may not be possible once production has started.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and our team will review it.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to return the original item if it is eligible for return. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.

Shipping Policy

Production Time

Once your order is placed, it is sent to our team for order review, design confirmation, and production processing.

To provide a wide variety of book-inspired designs while keeping our products affordable, we work with trusted manufacturing and fulfillment partners, including partners located overseas.

Because BookBlades products include detailed book-inspired designs, each order goes through a careful preparation process before manufacturing begins. Depending on order volume, production typically takes 10–15 business days, but it may take longer during holidays, product launches, high order volume, or other busy periods.

If there are any significant delays with your order, we will do our best to keep you updated by email.

Shipping Time

Once production has been completed and your order is ready to ship, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Pre-Orders

Some BookBlades products may be offered as pre-orders.

Pre-order items require additional production time and may take longer than our standard processing schedule. If an item is listed as a pre-order, please allow additional time for fulfillment.

We will provide updates by email and notify you once your order has shipped.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you placed an order by mistake, you may request a cancellation within 48 hours of placing your order for a full refund.

Once production has begun, we may no longer be able to cancel, modify, or refund the order, as it may already be in the manufacturing process.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after it has been issued.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

BookBlades is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
